Staff at Dive Tech Training Centre consists of: Elizabeth Hewson, Dan Humble, Kris Gregoire, Joanne Hickey-Hurst and Derek Humble. Part time staff; Kristy Halladay, Sarah McCue, Andrew Bernard, Logan Snelgrove and Christina Blommesteyn.  All of the staff can sell gear, fill tanks and sling a joke. When coming to the shop be prepared for anything, really!

 

Dan  HumbleDan is a SDI Instructor Trainer and TDI Instructor, and can teach most SDI disciplines from Open Water to Wreck Diving with a plethora of Specialty Courses under his belt.

In addition Dan is certified to teach TDI O2 Service Tech, Nitrox & Advanced Gas Blending. Dan is an Instructor Trainer for TDIs' Nitrox & Advanced Gas Blender, O2 Service Tech and Nitrox Instructor Trainer.

As a PDIC Instructor Trainer in Canada, Dan Humble is licensed to Train and Certify Divers from Open Water 1 to and including Instructor. Dan is licensed to teach courses worldwide and is available upon request.

An avid diver himself, Dan has logged extensive dives throughout the St. Lawrence Seaway as well as throughout the Caribbean. Personal dive highlights include a recent adventure to Guadeloupe Island. Dan really likes his escapades such as: Shark feeding and the Bond Wrecks in Nassau, Swimming with Sharks and dolphins in the Grand Bahamas and Sting Ray City in Grand Cayman.

 

Kris Kris is a PADI Certified Trainer as well as an SDI/TDI Instructor.  With 60 billion dives under his belt he is well versed when it comes to inner space.

Kris is certified to teach courses such as Open Water 1, Advanced Nitrox to Advanced Gas Blending through TDI.

Kris is rebuilding a 1973 Camaro and working on a sweet mullet.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Derek Derek is a "tech-reational" diver and likes it simple and fun. He takes all the best gear and practices from the technical divers, minus the clutter :) and applies it to recreational diving. "It's got to be fun..."

Derek is one of the five Advanced Blenders for Dive Tech Training Centre.

Motorcycling and Kayaking are two of Derek's three favourite hobbies.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Joanne Joanne is a staple employee at Dive Tech.  She has her open water certification and is diving regularly. Jo is a certified Advanced Gas Blender when she wants to.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

George Edwards is a new full time employee at Dive Tech.  He took his open water certification in September 2011 and is diving regularly.

George is an avid urban surfer and  you might catch him surfing in the north end of Brockville on top of his wife's car in the wee early morning hours.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Brian Senecal is a new full time employee at Dive Tech.  Brian is an avid river, shore, boat, cave, cavern, wreck and reef diver.

Brian presses flowers in his spare time and has been approached by the Museum of Nature to curate their collection of multilegged insects.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Elizabeth Elizabeth takes care of the all the Administrative duties for Dive Tech.
